Arlene chats with Marcus about challenging the status quo, the importance of meditation and holistic alignment and of course, the state of the agricultural sector in Grenada.
We hope you enjoy the journey on today’s Pathway!
Marcus Andall has always had a passion for natural healing and remedies provided by Mother Nature, which guided him to start using plant-based cooking, herbal teas, and yoga as tools.
Growing up in his homeland, Grenada, The Isle of Spice, Marcus learned how to utilize the fruits of Mother Nature to heal. He has learned to use locally grown herbs, spices, and wild bush to treat a variety of illnesses. However, only through the implementation of these remedies in his daily life was he able to truly understand how powerful they are and their effects on the human body.
Marcus’ journey of self-healing led him to become a coach and he now happily shares his experiences and knowledge to facilitate the healing of others as a Coach and plant-based chef through his company, Grenada I.T.A.L.
Grenada I.T.A.L is an all natural brand geared toward delivering Internal Therapy Alignment and Love, with the use of plant-based foods and herbal teas in conjunction with Yoga. This combination will facilitate the healing of one’s Mind, Body & Soul, resulting in realigning to a state of oneness.
Observing the world that we live in, the instability, imbalance, lack of love and compassion, makes Marcus’ work more relevant than ever. The dis-ease & ailments that are so rampant now, can be healed. Marcus, and Grenada I.T.A.L, is here to support you on your path to improved health and wellness.

Show Notes:
- Marcus talks about the documentary Cowspiracy being one of the catalysts for getting into a healthier ital diet. If you haven’t heard of Cowspiracy, watch at your own risk - it is quite a graphic film and has been known to turn many meat-lovers into vegetarians or vegans.
