We hope you enjoy the journey on today’s Pathway!
Leroy Devon Charles is an international chef born and raised on the sister isle of Carriacou and owner of the local food spot, Mr Grill, located in his hometown. As a youth growing up, Leroy had a great passion for cooking and at the age 17 he started working and studying under well-developed chefs at local restaurants. From there, he was granted the opportunity to travel the world while cooking on cruise ships for a few years. By the grace of the Almighty, hard work, sacrifice, determination and patience, Leroy was able to learn and accomplish everything he dreamt of as a young boy and now has his sights set on expanding Mr Grill to make it a more permanent food destination known for his signature blend of local and international flavours.
