Krystal McDoom is a Project Manager at the University of Chicago. She is an experienced construction management professional with ten (10) years of industry experience and a demonstrated history of working in the higher education and healthcare market sectors. In her current role, she is responsible for managing the design, construction, budget and schedule for new buildings and renovation projects. This typically includes the oversight of architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty consultants.
Having graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering and a specialization in Construction Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Krystal is detail-oriented, organized, and hardworking. She has an excellent reputation for issue resolution, building relationships and driving overall results. She is passionate about personal development, education, and opportunity equity. Although she resides in Chicago, her family remains at home in St. Lucia and she misses them dearly. Outside of work she enjoys practicing martial arts as well as connecting with friends over a good meal.
